@onldhes Yes, Seth MacFarlane is sooo pathetic, what with his incredible wit and oodles and oodles of talent in pretty much any area he puts his mind to. Sure, the jokes on Family Guy arent always intellectual, but they’re almost always funny.

its not a pilot, it was his college thesis titled “life of Larry”, his college actually sent it to Hanna-Barbera, they later hired him. He worked on cartoons for them and even made a sequel to the life of larry called Larry and Steve. life of larry was actually taken from the script for a 30min cartoon he had written originally for his thesis.
then he got to make a family guy pilot for FOX, he used his same script, thats y they all have the same jokes, its just him working on the same script.

@oscarknott69 I meant the overall character design of the characters, backgrounds, etc. The actual series just looks so bland compared to the pilot.

OH wow. I was drunk last night and I didn’t watch the entire thing, and I’m just now seeing the clips for The Face at the end. That’s pretty awesome
